Thanks for posting your question here. The best way to add your business logo to one of our existing templates is to use the "Customize" option we have in the "Custom Templates" section of our site to create a custom version of the desired template that reflects your business logo and any other modifications you wish to make.
In order to accomplish this, you will first want to mouse over the “Listings” tab within your account and then select the “Customize” option. You will then want to select the template you would like to customize from the list and click the “Go” button.
At that point, you will be presented with an editor that contains the HTML code used to generate the template and you will be able to make the desired changes. If you click the “Standard” tab along the top of the editor, you will be able to edit it without having to use HTML code.
Once you are in the Standard version of the editor, you should be able to add your logo to the template by placing your cursor in the desired location within the editor and then clicking the “Insert an Auctiva Hosted Image” button, which has a mountain/sun icon on it on the editor toolbar.
I understand that you have already been in contact with our customer support team about this matter and it appears that the response you received adequately assisted you with this issue, as well as the one you mentioned with respect to getting your contact details in the template. However, I was inclined to update this case anyway in case others in need of similar help find this thread.
