PLEASE HELP!

Can anyone tell me why when I go to my "active listings" page, why some of my listings have no background color and some of them are shaded gray? I am concerned that it's something that may affect my sales or visibility. Thanks for your help!

The shades of the listings have to do with the folders you put them in. These are auctiva folders that some use for searching.

Search the help section on folder setup and there will be a better explanation.

not sure i understood you correctly but as i look at my active listings page, some are white, purple, red relative to the folder categories i put them in.
