Please HELP !!

I LOVE the idea of the scrolling store window in my listings and was the main reason I signed up.
However I have now had a sleepless night

trying to figure out how to get the GREAT scrolling window to appear in my old ebay listings ??
So this morning ive been reading on the forum

Now from what ive read the window is automatic inserted into my listings ?
BUT it hasnt !
Ive got my store all set up with description of what i sell etc etc

Just cant get any of my active (through ebay) listings to go there ??

Also cant get the window to appear on my ebay listings.......EXCEPT, I did copy yhe html of store window onto 1 of my listings which was ok but of course the window says i have nothing for sale and just looks daft !!

PLEASE PLEASE help as im now very tired .....

Does it really do it all automatic for you ?

And yes i have generated an ebay token ....3 TIMES !!!

If I were you I'd file a customer help ticket. It's located at the top right hand of this screen.

Customer service is really great and they'll give the scrolling gallery just the right bump to get it rock n rolling.

Do me a favor and lemme see one of your auctions so I can see if I can see the gallery?

Sometimes if cache, history, blah blah blah haven't been dumped you can't see it on your own computer.

I'll be here for a few more minutes and then I'll be heading out!

Got this from them within 10 minutes !

Hi,

I apologize for the inconvenience faced by you. In Auctiva store it is showing a message "you do not have any item for sale" because you do not have any active listing present in your account.

Usually it takes 4-6 hours for Auctiva to import your active listings from eBay to Auctiva and it is done automatically and once the listings are imported, the store window is automatically updated and it is added to newly imported active listings on eBay.

I am not sure of the fact why the listings are not coming in your account but I have placed your account on priority list to reconcile with eBay. All your eBay listings should be imported into Auctiva and appended with the store window within the next 12 hours.
