Hi, I am new to Auctiva and boy what a mess I have created. When we first signed up it said my email address was already being used. I don't know how since it was the first time on the site. So we created another email address now I think I have 3 Auctiva accounts. I dont know because I only can really get on to this one the other 2 only half work. I tried to cancel the other 2 when i set up this new one but now it is telling me my token is no good because the other accounts still have it. I purchased a domain name and I have no idea where that is. When I logged onto the other account and wanted to edit stuff I could preview all of my items that I have listed on eBay but if I just typed in the store name that I bought from Auctiva it says no items in store. I tried leaving a help message but no one has gotten back to me. Everytime I click live chat no one is there. I am ready to pull my hair out. Ill admit I was pretty stupid for doing the accounts 3 times but i was determined to get it right. Now I don't know if my items are showing in this account because I have no idea how to find the store. So if anyone out here in cyber world can help a girl out it would be greatly appreciated and I would sing your praises to everyone I meet. Thanks in advance. Debbie
