Please help! | Auctiva

I am new to Auctiva but I have listed a couple auctions so far with no problems until last night. I submitted a listing and I think the template completely butchered the listing description with all of the pertinent information completely missing. The auction title and sub-headers are there, but the actual description of the item, shipping info, payment methods, etc. are missing. I tried to edit the listing but I can't type into the fields. I mean I type, and the cursor blinks along as if I am typing, but nothing shows up on the screen! Is there a way I can delete that damn template from the auction and just enter the description as normal?

If you're typing and the cursor blinks along as usual but no text shows up, you should check to see if you accidentally set both background AND text to be white.

It's a long shot, but it is possible, and your description of the cursor movement makes me think that might be what's going on. Worth checking, anyway.

If it's not that, then I don't know what it is...

If your background isn't the same color as your text, you might want to contact auctiva or ebay directly.
