Since you are unable to generate a token, it is most likely that your eBay account is already associated with an existing Auctiva account. It is also possible that there is some sort of restriction in place on your eBay account that is blocking you from being able to generate tokens to use third party eBay services.
If your token generation attempts are failing because your eBay account is already linked to an existing Auctiva account, you should see a warning to that effect when you click the red number in the "Events" section in the upper-right corner of your Auctiva account. If you see such an error there, you will need to contact our customer support team for assistance resolving the problem.
If you do not see an error of this nature in the "Events" section of your account, there is probably a restriction on your eBay account that is blocking you from being able to generate a token. We have seen a clear increase in cases of this nature this week, so it seems like eBay is changing some things in that regard.
