Instead of using AOL use another browser OUTSIDE of AOL.
Once your online with AOL, minimize it and use another browser.
There's the E on your desktop for Internet Explorer. Or you could download Firefox (which I love) or Opera (which I also love).
From what I've ascertained from having had ALOT of auctions over the years (without the use of AOL but have had dealings with AOL as customers) and having discussed many varied subjects in regards to being online with many others on other boards is this...AOL (and the browser)is just not a stable environment. The built in browser doesn't work well with alot of programs.
Try one of the above solutions and you should feel a significant difference.
