PLEASE HELP need ebay token??!!

hello, i am having the hardest time getting an ebay token!! i have went through the proces a million times (so it seems)! when i got to my ebay account it says that i have auctiva as a third party, but everytime i try to use it it says invaild ebay token, and i do it all over agian. it keeps saying it is a failure. please help me, i really want to use it to list my items! thanks in advance for any help!
