I am new to and could not find any help. I mistakenly went to the Store site and for $25 an hour I found this lady who helped me. However I still need help and she wants another $25. This is where you go for her help. CustomerSupport@bookstogo.us
If you want her help, tell her janet sent you. I am sorry, I can not help you. Believe me if I could I would. This stuff is hard. They need phone help, but don't pay for it, I tried that and it doesn't work. You are only allowed 2 calls a month for a half an hour each. I am having a problem getting my international shipping to show up on ebay. It says I have to verify the listing, but it doesn't tell me how to do that. This is so frustrating. This will be my third day in a row, trying to figure this out. She told me to make 2 Listing folders one for unlisted and one for listed. I hope I have been of some help. Good luck, Janet

Once they are in Auctiva they come into the closed listing section.

From here you can do 2 things, 1 relist them or 2 move them to the saved listing section where you can do major changes redo them and add new listings.

To get them there select the ones you want or all and click import listings. Then to change them or modify them switch to the Saved Listing section.
