Please Help-Template will not insert into listing

Hi, I'm sorry if this has already been answered. I did a search and couldn't find anything.

I just started with Auctiva and created my first listing. However, when I get to the insert a template, it just won't go in. I click on the blue square, pick a template, click on the select button, click on the blue "insert into this listing" button on the left. I even see the preview with my pictures, but it never actually goes into the listing.

When I click close this page, it goes back to the listing as though I never selected a template.

Help!

When you close the page, it should go back to the listing page. That's normal. In the template section of the listing page, you should see a thumbnail image of the template. Also, to double check, you can scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Preview".

Yeah, I assumed that's how it should be. But when I go back to the listing page, the thumbnail does not show up. And the template does not show in the preview either. I just can't get it to load the template.

After you click on the template you chose, make sure you look to the left of the screen and click on the box that says Save Template To Listing.

Thank you both for replying! I did everything you suggested, and it still didn't work. I'm going to go try a new listing and see if it was just a fluke.

Anyone had any luck getting ahold of a live person on the help line? I've tried several times, and only got a message.
