Hi Diane,

Can you post the eBay listing number with problem pics to the Forum.

It does sound like a settings or caching problem with Firefox. Which version of Firefox are you running (do Help - About on the Firefox toolbar to check)? Is it just your pictures being blocked or are other Auctiva member pictures blocked? Have you tried clearing the Firefox cache (do Tools - Clear Private Data )?

That's good. When you are able to see both pictures (old and new post test), the problem is solved.

You stated you checked for content blocks. Please check the Options - Content tab again and see if "Load images automatically" is checked and if the Exceptions tab at right of the option has any Exceptions (especially for a block of the auctiva.com sites).

Hmmm....this one is puzzling. Confused

I'm assuming that IE7 and Firefox are on the same computer and Operating System install.

Let's try to specifically ALLOW the site. Under the Content tab use Exceptions button for "Load images Automatically" and add auctiva.com as an "Allow" site.

Did you have any virus problems with Auctiva from a few weeks back, when the site was hacked?

You stated your son's computer running the Firefox browser was able to see the pictures. Is that computer in the same household and using the same Internet access device(s), like a home firewall router?

Did you install any new products, and/or any updates or Add-ons for Firefox since the point where pictures were working?

I'm almost at the point of suggesting you uninstall Firefox and reinstall. I hate making the suggestion, but it does appear to be isolated to just the one computer and only the one browser.

I was having similar issues this week with eBay, Auctiva, and Firefox (and Safari) - I'm on mac. I rebooted every piece in my system. Wireless Router, modem, computer, cleared cache, everything. It's now working fine. I can see your kewpie doll pics in each source.

I know, it's frustrating. Is your son connected to the modem and your computer wireless?
