pls help with seller details for my template

geez I am hopeless I have listed everything in my profiles and everything comes up on my template except for the shipping details they just saty normal..they are not in the template like everything else pls pls I need help..its drivin me nuts..thanks jenn

Hi have a look in the thread "Why can I not save a specific choice of sellers details in a details profile ?" in the topic section "Templates & Custom Templates".

May be the same problem as you are having as I found an answer to that.
