Pop up windows

Hi,

This is what I would try. Restart your computer, recheck for various types of pop-up blockers on your system, then try again. Still does not work, file a support request. While waiting for an answer, try listing with a different browser such as Firefox.

Hi osdag7, you are probably aware but do not surf with out a firewall or anti-virus protection as there are a lot of nasty things out there also if you are useing IE you should have a tab with pop up blocked on it with a few numbers,these are the number of pop-ups blocked, just click that to allow pop-ups.Hope that helps.Paul.

Do not ever turn off your firewall or anti-virus.

Some anti-virus programs need to have the actual name of the site typed in. Go into the section of your anti-virus and make sure that all pages of Auctiva are allowed. Not just the homepage.

You're probably already set up with eBay lister with your setting. It's helpful to know that you need to make sure that not just one page but every page to a service you subscribe are allowed.

I've been with Auctiva a year and very rarely and I mean VERY rarely have a problem.

Be sure to take the time to read the stickies on this and every thread....there are alot of answers to questions answered there.

osdag, what browswer are you using?

As others said, never turn your anti-virus or firewall off -- just give them permission to accept sites like Auctiva.
