Hi, I just got stiffed by a buyer and relisted the item thru Ebay in order to qualify for my Insertion Fee Credit. Just saw another post saying you can relist thru Auctiva and still get the credit - is this really true? (Ebay's site is a little misleading - this is what they say:
"Note: You must use the official Relist feature in order to receive the Insertion Fee credit. Copying and pasting the content of the original listing into a new listing, for example, will not enable eBay to track that you are relisting the item and will prevent you from receiving the credit."
Soo my question is - now that I've already relisted directly thru Ebay, is there any way I can add this item to my Auctiva Store so it will show up in my scrolling store window?
