post-sale workflow, invoice packing slip address label best practice

Hi,

I'm new to Auctiva (trial user) and I'm in the UK selling one-off items.

I can't find any post-sale tutorials except for USA integrated shipping. Currently on ebay when I make a sale I can print-off an invoice with shipping addresses that get printed onto an integrated label A4 sheet.

Is there a way of customising the picking list to achieve this?

What do other UK sellers do? Use ebay SM, SMP, 3rd party for post-sale order management?

Yes I do, just use the packing slips of eBay.
