Hi There
Not sure who will see this or who will be able to help. When I am posting my listings from Auctiva it seems to be leaving the postage off every now and again. This is frustrating as obviously people are not keen to bid on items without postage. Is anyone else having the same problem.

Hi Pauline,

We have received similar reports from several of our customers recently, however, in each case we have sent to appropriate shipping information to eBay. There appears to be a technical issue on eBay's end that is responsible for this issue so, for further assistance with this matter, I recommend you contact eBay's customer support department.

Also, I suspect you will be able to add the desired shipping information to these listings be editing them using eBay's "Revise your Item" form.
