Hi Pauline,

We have received similar reports from several of our customers recently, however, in each case we have sent to appropriate shipping information to eBay. There appears to be a technical issue on eBay's end that is responsible for this issue so, for further assistance with this matter, I recommend you contact eBay's customer support department.

Also, I suspect you will be able to add the desired shipping information to these listings be editing them using eBay's "Revise your Item" form.
