Postage calculation

I have a question regarding how to calculate the dimensions for a tubular package for USPS E.G. in their priority mail calculator they ask for 3 dimensions LxWxH, whereas a tube has only two Length and diameter. for a 5footx 3inch diameter tube,I'm not certain where to insert the dimensions.

That would be 5'x3"x3".
