POSTAGE INSURANCE MISSING

Hi

I am copying ads that I only put up last week and when I go to edit under postage there is no dropdown for the new ebay Aust Post 500g satchels or small parcels and there is no where to add insurance as an option.

Can someone please tell me what has happened?

Thanks for posting your question here. The issue of the option to specify insurance as Required, Included, Optional, or Not Offers no longer being present on Auctiva's lister page for eBay AU listing page is a known problem that we expect to have corrected with our next site update, although I'm not quite sure when that will take place yet.

However, we should have all the eBay supported shipping services for eBay AU available for selection on our site.

There are not any shipping services called "small parcel" available for eBay AU (either within Auctiva or on the eBay "Sell your Item" form) but there are a couple different ones for prepaid 500 g satchels, such as AusPost Prepaid Express Post Satchel 500g, AusPost Prepaid Parcel Post Satchels 500g, and AusPost Registered Parcel Post Prepaid 500g Satchel.

As of the same time none of my listings show that insurance is included in (registered) postage as it always did before. I have to revise my listings from eBay to say insurance is included.
How can I have insurance included when my listing is submitted?

Hi Jeff,

We will actually have to update our lister page for eBay AU to reflect the option to specify insurance as Required, Included in S&H, Optional, or Not Offered before you are able to select that option through Auctiva again. While that is something we have planned, I cannot provide a specific estimate of when we will be able to complete that update at this time.

I will create a support case for you momentarily and will update you through that case when the issue has been addressed or when I can get an estimate of when that will happen though. We apologize for the inconvenience.
