Hi,

I'm new and completely frustrated. I sell one, uniform product - the only difference is what decoration you want on the product. Within the US, the cost of postage is always the same, so I want to charge a flat rate for US buyers. However, the cost of shipping OUTSIDE the US is NOT always the same, so I want to do calculated shipping for those buyers. (I can do this quite easily at eBay.) But when I try to do a Master Profile for shipping here, I find I can choose one or the other but not both. What do I have to do to have both? Can I create two shipping profiles and have both of them added to a listing? Any help would be soooooo appreciated!

Hi, I have this problem from the UK.

What I do is just give up to 2 domestic rates on my listings and have a standard note near the bottom of the listing asking non-uk buyers to ask for a p&p quote, otherwise it gets far too complicated unless you are selling 100's of the same item.

Some bidders ask some don't they look at your profile and accept what you invoice them for. Others will play dumb and expect the domestic rate to apply for airmail half way around the globe. Just make the note clear and stick to your guns. Smile

Hi Community,

Thank you both for the input. While it is not currently possible to specify flat rate shipping for domestic shipments and calculated shipping for international shipments or vis versa, we are aware that eBay recently added this option, and will be adding it to our lister page as well with a future release.

I do not have a good idea when this development will take place at present but, feel free to check back with us periodically by filing a support request, and we will be happy to provide you with a status update if additional information has become available.

-Mike
