******Is the listing showing on YOUR myeBay page?, did you get a listing confirmed email? ****

If so, it is in eBay search limbo. It can take up to 6 hours for any listing to be 'indexed' by eBay.

It has nothing to do with any third-party list service or eBay fraud alert bots. It has all to do with how eBay treats the importance of sellers.

Thank you for your reply, cotmyeye. Yes, the listing is on the my ebay page. I had no idea it would take so long to be posted on the category page. I've been listing with auctiva for, oh my, at least two years but, this is my first notice of the situation. Thank you, again, for your reply and the heads-up. Have a wonderful day!

FYI, this is an ebay issue, not an auctiva issue.
eBay takes FOREVER to "index" new listings! I usually list between 7pm-9pm EST and nothing ever shows up on my Seller List/Items For Sale or Search until 2 or 3AM! On a few occasions, items have not shown up until the next morning! Mad It didn't used to be this way, and it shouldn't be this way now - eBay is cheating sellers out of valuable listing time! A lot of sellers have caught on and are tired of being ripped off - there's now a class action suit against eBay. I'm not so sure the "little guys" will be able to change anything, but at least someone is putting up a fight!

The only thing I can advise is to put a blurb in your listings telling potential bidders to check your Auctiva Store for new listings. New listings show up in your storefront HOURS before they can be seen through eBay - usually within 30 minutes or so. (Thank you Auctiva!) I don't know if it helps much, but I have something like this on every listing:

Always check <Your Name Here> Auctiva Showcase or my Auctiva storefront at www.yourname.com for the most current listings. Newly listed items show up there HOURS before they're available on eBay's seller list!

Oh, and put your scrolling gallery the ON TOP of your listings rather than at the bottom. I figure that might help as well. If you already have some items listed and someone clicks to look, the first thing they'll see is your newly listed items in the Showcase.
