Posting Error Message "Not Posted API Error"

Hello Auctiva Community: I'm new to Auctiva and really love the site. I'm currently having trouble when I edited a saved listing and tried to then post it to Ebay. The listing will not post and I keep getting the error message:
NOT POSTED API ERROR -String value for "main color" is too long. Maximum length "20".
Does anyone have an idea as to why I am getting this error? Is there something I can do to correct it? Thanks for any help and Happy New Year to all!!

It is going to have something to do with the item details section where you enter the eBay category number. I have had these before and usually just something stupid I forgot to do. If you cannot figure it out go the help page on here and file a support request and a Auctiva worker can view your account and find out the problem
