Thanks for posting your question here. Since the closed listings in question are more than 90 days old and the listing details are no longer stored in eBay's database, I'm afraid it is expected that your attempts to use the "Import Listings" tool to import these items to your Auctiva Saved Listings page has not worked.
The "Import Listings" button on the Closed Listings actually gets the listing information from the associated closed listing page on eBay so it can no longer be used successfully once eBay has deleted the details of a given closed listing from their database.
For example, if you click the item number link next to a listing on your Closed Listings page and you are taken to an eBay page indicating the item is no longer available, it is indicative that you would not be able to use the "Import Listings" tool to create a saved listing from that item.
