I've obviously not been paying enough attention to my invoices or emails from Auctiva for I just noticed today I'm being charged 5.95 per month for a Premium Phone Support Fee. I did a community search & have only found old 2009 posts saying it "is an Auctiva pricing plan which includes an Auctiva Commerce store". I don't have a store, just the 9.95 plan so what is it I'm missing?

Hello dancethenightaway -

Premium support is available for any plan that does not include it as part of the regular plan fee. At present, only our Elite and Pro plans include live support, which is both phone and live chat. It sounds like you elected to have this added to your account at some point in the past or when you created the account, so the fee is being added to the plan fee for your account each month. If you do not wish to continue with that service, you can have it removed from your account. You need only file a support case from under the Help tab of the site and request to have that service removed.
