preview & posting problems

When I go to preview my listing nothing shows. When I go back to the listing page all the description is gone!!

When I check for errors it always says "Ebay listing failed to pass validation for the following reason:
The specified Description is invalid." yet when I paste it in eBay's standard lister the description works just fine. This is a new problem. I've lost hours of work over this. I use html pretty well.. prefer it.

This issue has been resolved for me. Here's how: When I sign in, I check off the box to remember me in the sign in area. ever since I've done this, I've never had the problem of losing my work again.
