If you find out a way to do ANYTHING here, let us know. This stinks. I have been with Auctiva for close to 4 years. It is getting very, very frustrating. They seem to have a string of problems that they just can't fix...barb05130
Add me to the complaint line.. When i list I use my similar listings and change some wording and pictures, BUT the last 2 weeks in the preview window mine still shows the "old" picture and description, so luckily i haven't had to cancel anything.

Everyone hates change. Why not make "simple updates" and keep it the same. Before-IT WORKED FAST & PERFECT!

Thanks for posting about this issue. The behavior described in this thread occurred as a result of a bug that was introduced with our site update on 9/3/08.
