Preview doesn't show ship $, return policy, etc

I am new at this, and have read the "Listing" threads, which covered some of my problems. However, no matter what I do, when I "preview" my new listings, the following items don't show up: 1--shipping cost 2--return policy 3--slideshow
I am using a template, and thought I had that figured out, but maybe not? I really need help, please!

It's OK, the preview doesn't show everything down to the last detail. It's really just to show the layout, etc. Go ahead and post the listing, once it's posted look at it on eBay and you'll see it's all there.

Oh, make sure you have your return policy specified in the "Checkout Options" section of the Auctiva listing page.
