Preview feature acting odd, and suddenly Auctiva requests password every time I visit

Good afternoon. Starting on on August 16 or 17, I have been required to login to Auctiva with my user name and password every time I want to access my listings. Also, beginning on August 18, I am shown the same preview for a item that I listed on the morning of August 18. I have listed a few items, and every time I hit preview I am provided a screen that shows me the same item, one that I listed on the morning of August 18. When I hit "Post," the correct item is listed on eBay, but I wonder what type of glitch would only show me the same old listing over and over when I hit "Preview"? Does anyone know what would cause this? Is it a current Auctiva issue or related to my system?

Hi Gray Rabbit,

Thanks for letting us know. The behavior you are describing certainly isn't typical of the Auctiva software, so there is probably a problem, most likely a browser setting or caching issue, on your end that is contributing to your undesirable experience.
