Previewing from saved listings won't work without extra steps

make sure youre allowing popups. Popup blockers will interfere with things like preview.

I hasn't worked since March accordingly to Jeff. I wish it did - would certianly save a lot of time.

Preview is something we need to really fix well and may take some serious recoding. That may not happen quickly. They may be able to get a bandaid on it until then though. "

I just tested the preview on the saved listings page and it is working fine for me as well.

If you have checked your pop-up blocker and know that is not interfering as wow suggested, and you are still having problems, please file a support request.

I don't believe I said it hasn't been working since March.

What I said in March is that it wasnt working then and may not be fixed right away because we were in the middle of development for our June 15th launch of new features. That meant we may not have done a release of any fixes until that time. I believe we fixed it well before that date though.

It's working for me.

Enable you popup blockers for our site.

I have enabled by pop up blockers for Auctiva. It sill isn't working. Any other recommendations would be appreciated. It's definitely something I'm in need of.

BTW, the preview at the top works great for me too!
That is once I realized I had to check the box to the left of the title, lol!

Well, the preview and the get html buttons work now, but I had to completely "disable" pop up blocker, not just turn it off and add Auctiva to the pop ups allowed list. Norton - kinda like some men - can't live with em and can't live without em.

You're using Norton Internet Security?

Guess what..that's right, you guessed it. I use free firewall and free anti-virus. When we bought this computer new it came with a free 30 day trial of Norton..that thing gave me buncha this and that. I had been used to the free firewall that I use and anti-virus...and I just couldn't get Norton to work as well as the others I've been using. And the computer before that came with Mcafee and that was always giving me problems when it upgraded.

I use Sygate Free Firewall and AVG Anti-Virus.

Both are stellar products. If you paid for a subscription, try both of these products before you pay for a reup.

Or I think Steve, Wayoutwest has them in his sig.

I dont have sygate firewall in sig area, but have lots of other stuff including AVG.

will go add sygate, so by the time you read this, it should be in there

edit - added. had a hard time finding it 'cause symantec bought them out! and couldnt find free version of sygate firewall on their site anywhere. But, found a page on pcworld.com that has it available
