hi.i am trying to get hold of an old listing so i can relist.when i joined Auctiva it copied all of my listings past and present at the time...how do i get hold of these (it was some time ago) to aid in relisting items

Have you tried searching your saved listings?

In order to relist your previously closed auctions through Auctiva, please click the "Closed" link under the "Listings" tab within your account, check the box next to the desired item, and click the "Relist" button.
If you are looking to make changes to the listing prior to relisting, you can instead check the box next to the item on your "Closed" page and click the "Import Listings" button, which will send it to your "Saved Listings" page from where it can easily be edited and re-posted. However, any listings posted through your "Saved Listings" page will be considered "new" posting by eBay and therefore will not be eligible for the listing fee credit normally associated with relisting items.
