Hi again. I have been trying to relist some past items and am not finding them. Some (not all) of my past items show up in the create similar listing area. I have even lloked in my closed listings. Am I missing a process for saving all my listings or not looking in the correct area? Thanks T.J.

TJ, How old are these former items? Would it be possible for you to use the relist function on the Ebay site? Or you could just cut and paste the description and reinsert the pictures in the Auctiva listing window.
One other thing that I've done is accidentally delete a couple only to figure out that I needed them again.

It often takes a while for listings that close on eBay to be confirmed as such and mad available in your Auctiva closed listings folder. If you have recently closed listings that have not yet shown up in your closed listings folder, please file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page and our support staff will assist you.
