Hello. I changed my eBay name and tried to generate a new token, but got the following error:
An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts?
Since, I wasn't sure what that meant, I deleted my auctiva account, went to ebay and cancelled the third party authorization and created a brand new auctiva account.
When I generate a token, I get the same error message.
Anyone have any suggestions?
