problem getting html

Do you also have problems in the lister with "Preview" or "Estimate eBay Fees"?

I'm wondering if maybe it's a pop-up blocker -- even a new one you may not remember/be aware of?

It's a pop-up window...so make sure that you do not have those blocked...

Well, now that I need the Get HTML feature it appears I'm getting exactly the same results as in the first post.

I've got pop-ups allowed for auctiva.com in ZoneAlarm and Firefox but no dice. Doesn't work in IE either.

I can't think what else it could be.

No toolbars installed, no secondary firewall..

I've somewhat recently installed updates for ZoneAlarm and Firefox -- and I think they install the whole program on top of the old ones -- but I checked for auctiva.com's allowance in the pop-up blocker..

Any ideas?
