Replies sorted oldest to newest

Has anyone filed a support request about this issue? I know that with all the crazy changes ebay is making right now that some listing software companies (like Auctiva and Vendio) are frantically trying to keep up with it all. I haven't had any problems yet (knock on wood!) and just listed a few things this morning without issue. I'm sure they're doing their best to work out any kinks Wink
Yes, there IS a way to contact the site manager for help. Go to the HOME page. Click on the HELP tab at the top of this page. There you will see FAQs, and other links to help with various problems. But to get REAL help, when there is a system problem, I click on the Customer Support link, located on the right-hand side of this HELP page.

I always get an immediate response to my specific problem. Auctiva Support is SO MUCH better than eBay, even the PowerSeller support dept. or Paypal, which has NO support to speak of. Auctiva Support is much more professional and sympathetic. And keep on sending support requests, if your problem ins't solved... they really do try.
