Problem updating listings from ebay + no picture

Hi, the new auctions that have been entred on ebay doesn't appear on auctiva (more than 15 hours). Also for several auctions is written "no picture available" but there are pictures. Can you please check my account.
I am from ebay Belgium, is possible to use your listing system to put my auctions on ebay.be ?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to list to eBay Belgium through Auctiva, but your Auctiva store window can still be fully functional on your eBay Belgium listings.

I believe we can help you with the "No Picture Available" issue. Please file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page and our staff will check out your account.
