I seem to be having problems uploading images in bulk to Auctiva.

I have done everything I can think of including clearing all cookies, cache etc, reg entries.
Removed and Re-installed Java and Tried Multiple Browsers but am still getting the following
error message, after it taking about 5-10 minutes to try and upload just 5 images.



Can someone please advise...

Hi Anthony,

Thanks for helping to bring this to our attention. The error message in the screen shot you provided is generally indicative that a timeout has occurred during the upload process and, given when you posted this thread, I believe the error was most likely related to some technical difficulties we encountered this weekend which have since been resolved.

I see that you filed a support case about this issue as well and were already informed that the issue should be resolved, but I figured that I would update this thread as well for the potential benefit of anyone else who may review it.

We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.
