Problem uploading to ebay from one computer only!

Does anyone have any idea what I can do about this - when I do a listing and then click post it just freezes and nothing happens. Then, if i shut down auctiva, redo the same listing and click post it works. Every time I am having to do it twice and it is so time consuming. It is only on one computer, i am not having problems on a different one.
Please help!
