Problem w/ Preview

I am using Auctiva for the first time to build an Ebay auction.

Got through everything OK, even chose a template (#10080).

When I try to preview my saved auction I have some problems:

1) It's not centered as the template should be

2) There are broken image links for some of the template corners and such

3) The first line of my Item Detail and Shipping Detail do not show up

I have deleted the saved auction and rebuilt it several times to see if it was me, but I'm at my wits end.

Does anyone else have any similar problems or see anything I'm doing wrong?

I don't want to make my auction live on Ebay until I am confident that it will appear as I intend.

Hi Terrapinfarm,

I've checked your account to verify this issue and it appears this problem is with the "Preview" button.

Your listing will still post correctly. To get an accurate preview of how the listing will look once posted, please go to your saved listings page, check the box next to the item, and click that "Preview" button.

I can't preview at all using Opera browser but can in FF. I'm pretty hooked on Opera right now and would like to know if this can be fixed? Is there something I need to do?

Thanks Autiva Mike D., my auction does show as I intended when I use the preview as you suggested.

I am also having this problem with the preview feature as described when using Opera 9.xx. The problem is replicable under both WinXP and Linux. After clicking the Preview button in the listing design page, the preview page opens but only has top and bottom "Close Preview" buttons, and 3 text entry fields of 0 height arranged across the screen. Using the solution in this thread (saving the listing and using the preview button from the saved listings page) produces the correct preview.
