Problem when revising my auctions

Hi people,

I'm trying to revise an auctions I've put up on eBay from Auctiva and when I'm in the eBay revision page, I cannot change any of the writing in the description section. It looks like my Description part with the template is "fixed! as if it was a picture... Moreover, the description box is separated in two sections... the first section is my auction "as a pictures" not possible to modify and the second section is the text editing box but it's empty...

How can I modify the content of the description of a listing that's active on eBay?

Anybody's help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a bid, or less than 12 hours left on your auction? Those are the only reasons I know of you why you wouldn't be able to revise through ebay...

With BIN items, this also occurs if you've had a sale - list 10 items, sell one, and you can't modify the body of the listing
