well they posted 15 hours after you reported your problem they didn't even repsond to you just a general post

Our technical team has determined that some customers may have experienced problems connecting to Auctiva.com this morning between the hours of 3:30 and 6:30 a.m. PST.
The problem, caused by a router in the San Francisco area, affected customers in some areas.
As soon as the problem was realized, we contacted our ISP, who confirmed the issues and shortly after reported that the issue was resolved.
We apologize for the inconvenience this difficulty may have caused you.
