I am using an auctiva template which I have used for months. Suddenly my headings are no longer there instead there are just tiny boxes where they should be. Any ideas?

Actually now the graphics which go with the template are also gone. It is Spring Angel.
Just found the both of the templates I have selected are not appearing in full or at all...

I am also having problems with this i am glad i found this thread i was going crazy trying to figure out what i was doing wrong.
Am trying to list and schedule., Templates apparently are not working properly. What gives? 8:45PM CST
Was told by support that the templates should work properly when they appear on ebay but I haven't tried that. I don't regard that as a fix though. I need to see the template before I submit the listing.
I was told by Auctiva when you actually listed the item the template would show. I gave it a try and it was there. I don't consider this a fix but at least we can still get some work done.
