problem with change of nick on ebay italy

hello, i changed my nick on ebay italy.
before I used my account, giochipertutti16 on auctiva and on ebay.
Then, when I changed my nick on ebay, I deleted my old account on auctiva.
Now I would create an other account on auctiva, I have already registered on auctiva the new account, but when I try to obtain the authorization from ebay, arrives this message:

An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts?

How can I do? Directly by ebay or in another way?
Please it is urgent

Probably you should file a support ticket with Auctiva...they should be able to help you sort this out.
