problem with editing pics?

Everytime i edit a pic say turn it round, it then will not allow me to crop. i seem to only be able to use the edit facility once on each pic. i keep getting a internet explorer message before i have done anything saying edit done!! help

is there something wrong with the site today? I cannot get the uploader to work today...not sure about the editing....
