Problem with gallery and nearby boxes

I just noticed when I previewed my ebay cost that there was a charge for gift services which I did not check. So I went back and sure enough it was checked....so....I unchecked it. When I looked at the fees again it was still showing. So I started all over with the listing

and made sure to only check gallery. I looked and the gift fee was still there! Plus, after I previewed the auction it was suddenly checked. I sure hope that all the listings I've been doing tonight don't have this "hidden fee" added on because I didn't check that box! I even tried to "miss" the gallery box to see if it would then check the gift box and it did not. HELP!! Fix it quick!!

OH, If I DO NOT have the box checked, but it shows in the estimated fees pop up window, will I be charged for it or not??
So far there are 7 auctions that it has been added to.

Definitely file a support request if you haven't already (bottom of the Help page). I haven't heard of this happening before..
