Problem with Images

I was trying to upload images to a new listing i was creating, and i am new so i was wondering if i was doing something wrong...i went to the image tab and clicked upload images. i tried all 3 ways of uploading and the process of uploading them went fine but when i try to look at them after they are uploaded, there is nothing...no picture, no red X, nothing..they seem like they are there with their file name but the box where they should be is just white..

So waht am i doing wrong? I have IE7, the newest as far as i know..

Can someone let me know if it is me or is it Autiva? I joined yesterday and now i am very frustrated with all this...

Hi Amanda, when the uploading process was done, did you see a confirmation that they were successfully uploaded?
What do you see if you click on the Images tab, then click Manage Images?
Oh, I just tried logging into Auctiva right now, and I get a Server Application Unavailable, so it must be that Auctiva is having problems.

After the images uploaded it said it was successful, but when i go into manage images, all i see is a white box...and when i tried to use those images in a listing it showed them as a red x while i was still in the mode of creating the listing...so i just quite and i hope toady will be better when i look at them..
