Please look into this soon. This is not the first time it happened. It seems to occur only on international sales for me.
I usually set up the shipping section to offer insurance as optional - when I do that, even if the buyer elects to NOT purchase it, Auctiva automatically does it! On some sales I didn't mind because I would have purchased insurance anyway - however, I do not want this happening on all sales.
Please take a look into this.
