Please look into this soon. This is not the first time it happened. It seems to occur only on international sales for me.

I usually set up the shipping section to offer insurance as optional - when I do that, even if the buyer elects to NOT purchase it, Auctiva automatically does it! On some sales I didn't mind because I would have purchased insurance anyway - however, I do not want this happening on all sales.

Please take a look into this.

Thanks for letting us know about this. I'm not aware of any technical problems that would account for the behavior you have described, so this is something we would need to look into further. I suspect there is a reasonable explanation as to why insurance policies were automatically generated for these items.
