Problem with irregular package showing up checked

I am having boo koo problems listing to eBay since I started using the auctiva. I notice that the listings I posted to eBay tonight had an unusually high shipping cost so I went into eBays revise listing and found that the box for irregular package was checked, thus charging an additional surcharge. It almost doubled the cost. Every time I revised it it came back. So I checked the original listing created here on auctiva and there is no such box. But eBay says it is an auctiva issue. Help.

Since you did not spefify this option when creating your listings through Auctiva, and were unable to remove it using eBay's "Revise your Item" form, contrary to what you were told by the eBay representative you spoke to, this issue definitely lies on eBay's end. Therefore, for further assistance with this mastter, I recommend following up with eBay's customer support department.

Auctiva Mike is right, ebay has recently been having MANY problems and glitches with seller's shipping costs. For awhile there, some sellers items were showing as FREE shipping, tho that was not the case. (THAT one got fixed in a hurry). That's probably what happened to you, but you know if they can try and blame someone else they will
