Problem with Listing

I have an auction that is showing up on my Auctiva Active listing list, but isn't on my eBay selling page at all. Auctiva gave me the auction # and it is an active listing, but why is it not showing up in my eBay selling list? All of my other listings are showing...

if it's listed, but not showing up in your my_ebay page, then it's becuase of ebay's servers being slow to update. sometimes it's right away and sometimes it takes hours and hours for their servers to update.

also means that it's not showing up in searches yet.
