problem with uploading

I'm using new system with microvista. Which uploader should be used for pictures in picture perfect... JAVA OR ACTIVA?.... not up on these things and have been using the HTML for all browsers which worked fine before... even tried loading 1 at a time and it is not working; need help, it is has been two long days trying to get an answer to the problem. help! PLEASE; thanks for any h elp

Hi bananaspit,

If you are using the Internet Explorer web browser, I recommend using the Drag and Drop Uploader or Basic HTML uploader. On the other hand, if you are using the Firefox web browser, I suggest using the Java Uploader or the Basic HTML uploader. There are some known issues with the Java Uploader, so it would be best to avoid using that one if at all possible.
