PROBLEMS BACK

Yep... I'm having problems too... I've tried going through AOL and Internet Explorer, so it's not my browser... I cleared out cookies, etc... and turned off the computer for 30 min... Still nothing - so it must be Auctiva... HELP! I've got stuff to list!!

I get the same error. Would be nice if auctiva would acknowledge a problem and keep us updated on what is being done to fix it

GRR.. I can't even get to the area of Auctiva to file a support case! Page load error! Wrote an auction and can't save it or anything.

HOW DO YOU FIND CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I CAN'T SAVE ANY AUCTIONS...THEY WANT TO START CHARGING FOR THIS SITE THEY BETTER MAKE IT WORK.

do they even know something is wrong. i can't email them or find a link to let them know it is messed up.

ebay is now letting sellers have free pictures in several coll.,ant, and pottery and glass catagories...might go back to them..

googled contact auctiva...gave a phone number....has a answering machine. left a message thier site is mess up. you might do the same.. no phone support though.

can anyone get into the site- i can't even get it to load anything ...

Thank you for the link, I have filed a support case. I would suggest we all do, that should get the attention of people who can solve this.

What other sites offer similar listing services to auctiva? I need a back up as auctiva is starting to worry me now.
