Hello everyone:

I just became a member of auctiva today. I'm having some problems, and I'm hoping someone can help me out.
When I create a listing for EBAY, I tried saving and scheduling the listing, but nothing happens. If I click on Schedule, all I get is a blank screen. If I click on Save, I can't find it in any of the folders. All I get is a square green icon, and when I click on it, Auctiva Help pops up.
Am I doing something wrong here?
Thanks for any help you can shed

Hello Tom, and thank you for your speedy response.
When I go to my Saved Listings, I have the Show box set to All Listings and the In Folder to All Folders.
When I click on Go, all I get under Title/Format is a green icon and it says "7 Days" beside it. If I click on the green icon, it opens up the help window.
If I select one of the check boxes and click Edit, another window pops up and says "Loading," but all I get is a blank screen when it finishes.
But when I create a new listing, I can preview it, but once it's saved, and I go to Saved Listings, it's not there. And if I click on Schedule, another window pops up, but all I get is a blank window. Nothing there.
I decided to sleep on this issue, as it was pretty late last night when I began leaving these messages.
I did, however, maje sure that IE6 and Firefox were up-to-date.
I signed on this morning, and I'm still having the same problems.
The Title of my auctions are not showing up in the listing section.
I can Create A New Listing, and everything is fine until I go to Save it or Schedule it. I can Preview the item just fine.
Once I've saved the listing, I go to the Saved Listings area, but all I get is the green icon and "7 days," but no title above. If I select the box and click on edit, a window opens up and says "Loading," but that disappears and nothing else happens.
If I select a listing and click on Create Profile, it does create a Master Profile I can use for another listing.
Also, I can post the listing immediately to EBAY, which I found out by mistake last night!

Anyway, I guess I'm going to have to use auctiva as a means of posting EBAY auctions immediately until I can figure out why this is happening.
I deal strictly with collectible magazines, and this service is invaluable. With the picture options auctiva offers, the customer can get a really good look at the true condition.
Here's hoping someone out there knows what's going on!
Thanks for your time...
Just a thought. I use Norton firewall.
I had many of the problems you described when my firewall was on. When I turned it off the pages loaded normally, but I had to go to a different page and then go to the saved listing page. If I just reloaded the page it wouldn't work.

Also if your pop up blocker is on it does some strange things. As in when you browse for catagories it saves the auction about 50% of the time.
